Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with Cadence. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase - no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at cadenceapplication@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account. Payments are processed by Stripe, and approved refunds are issued through Stripe within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

3. After the 7-Day Window

Refund requests made after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Partial months of service already used.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, as output varies by persona and prompt.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Once cancelled, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period unless Stripe shows a different effective date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
